Leaving the course SMHL online delivery
When SMHL online participants cancel before the launch webinar, they will be fully refunded.
For participants who require an alternative training provider try using this link: https://smhl.leedsbeckett.ac.uk/SelectCourse
When participants cancel before Session 2, they will be charged 25% of the total course fees.
When participants cancel after session 3, they will be charged 50% of their course fees.
When participants cancel after session 4, they will be charged 75% of their course fees.
When participants cancel at either session 5 or 6, they will be charged in full and no refund provided.
There might be certain circumstances that mean you are not able to attend the course anymore but someone else at your setting could. If this is the case, please see our page: changing who is attending.
Leaving the course SMHL face-to-face delivery
Cancellation within 14 days of the start date: £90 charge
Cancellation after the start date or non-attendance on the day: no refund given
Deferral to another date: £90 charge (one deferral only allowed)
