Can I retake a course, or get a certificate with a newer date?

You can watch any course you've finished again whenever you like, but that doesn't change your certificate or its date.

Some certificates have an expiry date, shown on the certificate. They're mostly for safeguarding and other training that needs doing every year or two. When one runs out, the course shows a Retake button on My learning and in Your record. Finish it again and you get a new certificate with the new date. We remind you before it runs out.

A certificate that says "Does not expire" stays valid.
