• Form 1 of your DfE application must be submitted by 31 December 2024 – grants cannot be reserved after this date
• Form 2 of your DfE application must be submitted by 31 January 2025 – schools and colleges need to upload evidence of their booking and complete their grant claim by this date so that the DfE can pay you

When booking a course that starts in April 2025, please put the start date as 31st March 2025 on the DfE application form to ensure you receive funding
