How do I change my email address?

Go to Account, then the Signing in section, then press Change next to "Signs in as".

Type your new address. We'll send a code to it, and once you've typed the code in, that's the address you sign in with from then on. Your courses and certificates stay with you.

You can also keep more than one address on your account. Under "Email addresses", press Manage to add one, then "Make primary" if you want it to be the main one. If you're leaving a school, add a personal address first, so you can still get in after your school address stops working.

If the change is refused, another account already uses that address. Email happytohelp@creativeeducation.co.uk and we'll join the two accounts.

School administrators can't change a member of staff's email address. If a lot of your staff are moving to a new email domain, ask us and we'll change them all at once.
