      How do I change my Membership?

      This article will show how you can update your membership from Monthly to Annually

      1. Sign into your account.
      2. When signed in, click on your profile and hover on Account and Membership and click on Subscriptions.
      3. This will bring you to your subscription, inactive and active.
      4. At the far right of the row, there will be 4 actions you can do, you will need to select Other Memberships.
      5. This will open a drop-down menu with the different types of Members we offer.
      6. From here you can select Parent and Carer (Annual) or Professional Membership (Annual)

       

      • Update - Here you can update your card details.
      • Other Memberships - Here you can update your membership type or payment type, ie monthly or annually.
      • Pause - Here you can pause your membership at any time.
      • Cancel - Here you can cancel your current Membership with us.
