How do I check who's done their training?

Go to Manage, then Records. It has several views:

• Completions: every course finished by your staff, with dates and certificates
• Training matrix: people down the side, courses across the top, so the gaps show at a glance
• Running out: certificates that expire soon
• CPD hours: hours per person
• From elsewhere: training staff did outside Creative Education
• Shared: links you've shared with other people

To see how one course you've set is going, open it from Training plan. To see everything for one person, open their page from People.

Overview shows what needs attention right now, such as overdue training.
