How do I delete my account?

Go to Account, then "Your data", and press "Delete account". If you have a personal membership, cancel it first.

Before you go, press "Download my data" to keep a copy of your record and certificates.

When you delete your account, your name and details are removed. Any school you've worked at in the last six years keeps a record of the training you did for it (your name, the course and the date) for six years, as safeguarding evidence. Certificate check links still say the certificate is genuine, but without your name.

If you can't sign in, email happytohelp@creativeeducation.co.uk and we'll delete it for you.
