How do I get help?

For anything about your account, email is quickest, because we can check the details before we reply.

You can also use the chat button at the bottom right of our website and the learning platform. It appears once you accept the chat cookies.

Tell us the email address you sign in with, your school, and what you were trying to do. A screenshot helps too.

For invoices, email accounts@creativeeducation.co.uk. For renewals, email renewals@creativeeducation.co.uk.

If the chat window is covering something on the page, press the minimise button at the top of the chat window to close it. The chat button stays in the corner for when you need it.
