How do I change, cancel or update my card for my personal membership?

Go to Account and look under Access, then Personal membership. It shows whether your membership is active and when it renews.

Press "Manage membership" to update your card, switch between monthly and yearly, or download receipts and invoices. Stripe handles the payments.

Press "Cancel membership" to cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing more is taken. If you change your mind before then, press "Keep my membership".

If you were a member on our old website, your price stays the same. If Account says to email us about your membership, email happytohelp@creativeeducation.co.uk and we'll make the change for you.
