I'm moving to a new school. What happens to my training?

Your certificates and record are yours, and they stay in your account when you move.

Before you leave, add a personal email address so you can still sign in after your school address stops working. Go to Account, then Email addresses, then Manage.

Then go to Account, find your school under Access and press "Moving to another school?". From there you can change your sign-in address, enter your new school's join code and leave your old school in one go.

Your old school keeps a record of the training you did while you worked there, as safeguarding evidence. It won't see anything you do after you leave. Your new school sees the training you do for it, and any earlier course that meets one of its requirements.
