I've forgotten my password or username

You don't need either. Since October 2026 there are no passwords or usernames on Creative Education.

Go to learn.creativeeducation.co.uk and sign in with Microsoft, Google or your email address. If you use your email address, we send you a six-digit code to type in.

Use the same email address you had on our old website and your courses and certificates will be there. If you can't remember which address that was, email happytohelp@creativeeducation.co.uk and we'll look it up.

If you've got an old bookmark, or you see a "page not found" message or an old login page, go to learn.creativeeducation.co.uk instead.
