My employer or agency said the courses are free, but I'm being asked to pay

Your account isn't connected to your school, college or agency yet. Please don't pay. You need their join code or link.

1. Ask your school, college or agency for its join code or join link.
2. Sign in with the email address they have for you. If you've already made an account with a different address, that's fine: sign in to that account and use the code anyway.
3. Open the link, or go to learn.creativeeducation.co.uk/join and type the code.

Once you've joined, the courses they've paid for open and the price buttons go away. Some agencies only pay for a set of compliance courses, so other courses may still show a price. Ask your agency which ones they cover.

If you've already paid by mistake, email happytohelp@creativeeducation.co.uk and tell us which school, college or agency you work for. We'll connect your account and sort out the payment.
