My team members can’t access courses. What can I do?

Here we will look at the steps you can take to ensure your members can access the course library

There are 3 main ways to sign staff to your membership, which can be found here.
 
If staff are struggling, here are a few things you can do.
 

Check the My Team Dashboard.

Here, you can check the email address the staff is signed up with and the last log-in date.

 
 
 
If they haven’t logged in, you can remind them of the email address they have signed up with and either resend the welcome email or direct them to request a password reset.

Can I Resend the Welcome Email to my Team?

 

If they are logged in and can't access some courses, we recommend that the staff members go to their profile, Account and Membership, then Subscription. Here, it should have what type of membership they have signed up for.

Free Access

 
Free Access means that Staff will be limited to our free courses.
If they only have Free Access, you can share your unique URL with staff to sign up or add them manually.
 
Depending on your Membership type, it should appear in their profile like in the video below, with either Organisational Membership or Essential Membership.
 

This means that members will have access to their library courses.
