The name on my certificate is wrong

Go to Account, press "Edit details" and correct your name. All your certificates update to show the new name, and their numbers and check links stay the same.

School administrators can't change a member of staff's name. Each person changes their own in Account. If you can't sign in to do it, email happytohelp@creativeeducation.co.uk with the name as it should be.
