Is there a video showing how Manage works?

Yes. This three-minute tour is for school administrators. It shows how to add your staff, set them courses and see who has completed what.

It covers:

• Getting to Manage, and what the Overview shows you
• People: finding staff, and seeing their training and when they last signed in
• Adding staff with your join code, by email address or from a spreadsheet
• Groups, including a group for everyone with a job role
• The training plan: setting a course for everyone, for groups or for chosen people, with a deadline and how often it repeats
• Records: certificates, the training matrix, what's running out, CPD hours and training from elsewhere
• Settings: how staff join, and who can manage
