What are the Human Kind Staff Wellbeing Award course expectations?

The expectations are to complete the on-demand course (approx. 10 hours) this is there to help you complete the framework, both are intertwined. You will have a 1-1 meeting with your coach to go through the framework, to see what is in place already and what needs to be done. You will then have a further accreditation meeting with your coach that they will schedule with you (these meetings are approx. 60/90 mins) final accreditation will be defined by your coach and yourself. You will need to complete the framework to your coach’s satisfaction and the on-demand element of the course to obtain the Award.
