Where do I manage my school's membership?

Press your name at the top right, then Manage. It replaces the My Team Dashboard on our old website.

Manage has these sections down the side:

• Overview: what needs your attention, such as overdue training and people waiting to join
• People: everyone at your school, with their status
• Groups: sets of people you can set training for, which used to be called Teams
• Training plan: the courses you've set for staff, which used to be called Course Assignments
• Records: completions, the training matrix, what's running out and CPD hours
• Settings: join code, who can manage, and your school's details

If you look after more than one school, Manage asks you to choose one first. For the first few months there's also a "What's where now" link that shows where everything from the old site has gone.

If you can't see Manage, you don't have an admin role at your school. Ask the person who manages training there to give you one, or email happytohelp@creativeeducation.co.uk.
