Why can't I hear the video?

Here is a suggestion to fix sound issues on a video

In some of our videos, some customers can experience sound issues, but here are a few things you can try,

• Check your speakers are turned up
• If you are using headphones, check they are plugged in 
  • For some videos when recorded, the sound will only play on one side so be sure to check both sides
• The video sound is turned on 

  • It looks like a bar graph and the bars should be all blue. Here is a visual of what you should be looking for
