For recruitment agencies: giving candidates access

Agencies use the same Manage area as schools. Candidates join with your agency's join code or link, or you add them by email from Manage, then People, then "Add staff".

Tell candidates to join before they start a course. If they make their own account first, they'll see prices. They can still join afterwards with your code, and the prices disappear once they have. See "My employer or agency said the courses are free, but I'm being asked to pay".

What candidates can open depends on your plan. Essential opens a set of compliance courses, and Full library opens every course. On Essential, other courses still show a price, so tell candidates which courses you're asking them to do. If you set the courses for them from Training plan, they go straight onto their My learning page.

Your plan covers a number of candidates in each contract year. Everyone who has access at any point in the year counts, including people you later remove. You can see the count on Overview. If you go over your band, we'll be in touch about moving up.
