I've been told a course is overdue, but I've already done it

Reminders stop as soon as the platform sees you've finished the course your school set. If you're still getting them, there are three likely reasons.

• You finished it on a different account. If you did the course with another email address, your school can't see it. See "I've signed in but my courses and certificates aren't there".
• You haven't pressed "Finish and get certificate" at the end. Open the course. If the button still shows, the course isn't finished.
• You did the training somewhere else. Your school can record it, or mark the course as not required for you.

If you don't recognise the course at all, your school set it for you. Ask the person who manages training there. They can explain it, give you more time or take it off your list.

If you finish after the deadline, you still get your certificate. Your school just sees that it was late.
