Where are my certificates?

Go to My learning and press "Your record, with certificates". Every certificate you've earned is there, including the ones from our old website.

Open a certificate and press "Download PDF" to save or print it.

You get a certificate when you press "Finish and get certificate" at the end of a course. If a course isn't showing as finished, open it. The course page says how many modules you've done, and the button takes you to whatever's left.

Certificates from our old website were reissued on the new platform in October 2026, so they look a little different and have new numbers in the form CE-2025-XXXX-XXXX. If one you expect is missing, check you're signed in with the email address you used on the old site. See "I've signed in but my courses and certificates aren't there".

There's one certificate for each course, and a collection certificate when you finish every course in a collection. There isn't a separate "overall" certificate to wait for: once you've pressed "Finish and get certificate", it's ready.
